Basic information:

In 2015 renovated 3-floor guesthouse with a total capacity of 49 beds + 1 an extra bed in 11 rooms. The very friendly action owner and the right hillman gives the guesthouse very pleasant atmosphere.

50m far from the pension there is a multifunctional building that offers: a small shop, a bar, a room with projector for congresses or lectures, information center, laundry with washing machine and dryer*, gym with climbing wall, Finnish sauna for 4 persons*. Close to the guesthouse there is also a small fun park for children, igloo, a bobsleigh track and, in ideal conditions, also a rink. Next to Hotel Canin, about 100 meters from the Julia guesthouse, there is a covered running carpet for children or beginners and a ski and snowboard rental.

Facilities and services:

Reception, bar, restaurant with fireplace, ski storage, internet WI-FI in the bar and restaurant area, lift (up to the 2nd floor), reserved parking.

1st floor: 1x room 2, 2x rooms 3, 1x room 4 (double bed + bunk bed).
Each room with private sanitary facilities with shower.

2nd floor: 2x rooms for 4 persons (2x bunk beds) with washbasin, 2x rooms for 6 persons (3x bunk beds), 2 common sanitary facilities for all 4 rooms on the floor (separate for men and women).

3rd floor: 1x room 2 (1x bunk bed), 1x room 4 (4 single beds), 1x room for 11 (7 single beds, 2 bunk beds), common sanitary facilities for all 3 rooms on the floor.

Board:

Breakfast – buffet including drinks (with a selection of sweet or salty meals).
Dinner – served menu with choice of 2 starters (soup or pasta) and 2 main meals with side dish, water included, other drinks for a fee.

Guesthouse Julia is located in town of Sella Nevea.

Distance to the skiing resorts:

Sella Nevea / Bovec ski resort – 200 m
Tarvisio ski resort – 21 km

Monte Lussari ski resort – 24 km

To every stay is included FRIULI SKIREGION ski pass, valid at these ski resorts: Tarvisio, Sella Nevea/Kanin, Ravascletto/Zoncolan, Piancavallo, Forni di Sopra. You do not need to ski only in one resort. In the table below you can see discounts and extra charges within the ski pass, which you have in the basic price according to the length of stay. Price per person does not include:

insurance of medical expenses (can be ensured via the travel agency at UNIQA insurance company for 1,27 € /person / day or for 1,40 € / person / day including cancellation insurance)
delegate services (only assistance service on the phone – 24 h daily)

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price of the tour. At the time of preparation of this offer it has not been established yet, but its introduction is speculated. In the case of the introduction of the mandatory tourist tax, we will inform you via www.forline.cz and then also in the departure instructions before traveling. Its amount is usually around 1-1.50 € / person / day and is payable directly on the place to the accommodation owner. Thank you for your understanding.
